Plan Your Visit

We always want you to feel welcome at Stony Fork Community Church. At Stony Fork Community Church, you are part of the family. Hug a neck, shake a hand and join in fellowship! Come see what being “Gospel-centered, Mission-minded and Community-focused” means. Stony Fork is a church for the entire family!

Stepping into a new place of worship can be uncomfortable for many reasons. We’d like to make your visit and return visits with our church family stress-free, comfortable, relaxed and meaningful.

1. It’s my first time here. Where do I go?

For your first time at Outbreak, walk in the main entrance where our greeters are there to welcome you. Don’t forget to grab a bulletin on your way in. Please feel free to sit wherever you like.

2. What time do your meetings begin on Sundays?

Our service begins at 10:30 am. Don’t worry if you’re late, we’ll be happy to see you even if you are running a little behind.

3. What about my children?

We LOVE children at Outbreak Church. We provide care for younger children during worship. When you enter the building, head to the right into our Children’s ministry area. The first door on your left is the registration. If you aren’t sure about leaving your children in a nursery, that will be alright with us. Bring them into worship with you. We don’t mind if small children get fussy. Most of us are parents and we’ve been there.

4. Is there a dress-code? What should I wear?

We don’t have a dress code. At Outbreak you will find that most folks dress much more casually than formal. We’re more concerned with the person than their clothes. You’ll probably see our pastors wearing jeans!

5. Will I be “singled out” as a guest?

We want you to be comfortable and relaxed. We will not embarrass you. Folks in our church may greet and welcome you, but we won’t single you out and make you feel awkward.

6. What style of worship should I expect?

Our worship personality would be classified as “blended” with a wide blend. Our song selections include many of today’s popular worship songs as well as timeless hymns and gospel songs. Worship is accompanied instrumentally by a keyboard, guitar, bass, and drums. Worship leadership is by our praise team. You will find our worship enthusiastic, lively, and focused on praising God!

7. Is your building handicap accessible?

Yes, our building is all on one floor and is handicap accessible – no stairs to worry about.

8. How long will the service last?

Depending on what is planned, we are usually concluding our time of worship and teaching just after 11:45 am. Of course, this may vary on occasion.

9. I have more questions and would like to speak with someone. May I call the office?

YES, we would welcome your call! Our office number is 803-366-6263. Ask to speak with Pastor Scott. Also, feel free to email us here: Connect with us >>.
